All users and customers of SIM ENTERPRISES, by the use of SIM ENTERPRISES services, hereby agree to abide by, and acknowledge the following:
Nature of Product and Terms of Usage
The Company offers a service that locates suitably qualified experts for the provision of independent personalized research and writing services provided to the Customer as a unique reference that is designed to assist in the completion of the Customer’s
assignments or professional /educational obligations.
Thus, it is understood that the Company does not make any guarantees regarding Customer’s grades/placement as an outcome or consequence of submission of the Product to any academic institution/human resources professional.
When you work with SIM ENTERPRISES. You agree to the terms and conditions and authorize the company to charge your card for the agreed upon price.
The transaction will appear on your statement under the name SIM ENTERPRISES You are guaranteed to receive a quality product within an agreed upon time frame.
SIM ENTERPRISES offers customer support via email/chat. In order to provide accurate documentation with customers, SIM ENTERPRISES writer’s primary mode of communication with customers is via email.
This is to ensure accurate documentation and record keeping so that we can meet your needs most effectively as a team.
Steps of Order
Placing an order: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide complete and accurate email and phone number when ordering the services. At any time during the order process, the customer may need to be contacted. Providing
inaccurate information is a violation of the terms and conditions and could result in a forfeit of the guarantee provided for the product.
Provided information: Because SIM ENTERPRISES operates solely on customer-provided information; it is the customer’s responsibility to provide all the necessary data, including work history, training, education, job goal, certifications
and awards, affiliations and anything else to help set the customer apart from the rest.
Instructions: Instructions must be provided clearly and to the point. If this is not done, SIM ENTERPRISES cannot guarantee the warranty or results of the product. Once the order is complete, revisions are only available to go along
with the original instructions. Anything else will be considered a violation.
Matching of the resume level: It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct resume format. If this is not done, the customer takes on all liability. If a mistake is made during the order process, the customer can contact
customer service right away to fix the problem.
Assigning a writer: The writer will get into contact with the customer when an assignment is given, if requested by the customer. The customer can speak to the writer via email at any time or may request direct contact at any time.
The writer assumes responsibility for gathering all key points, objectives, goals and other information needed. All information, including affiliations, education, former work experience and certificates should be uploaded and not given over the
phone.
Tracking order progress: Customers are encouraged to stay in touch with the writer often for updates from SIM ENTERPRISES or writer as to the progress of the order.
